You can also use\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.co.uk\/maps\">Google Maps<\/a>\u00a0to find your way around Oxford on foot or using public transport.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div id=\"afrom_london_airports\" class=\"teaser\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">From London airports<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, take\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/airline.oxfordbus.co.uk\/\">The Airline\u00a0coach service<\/a>, which runs 24 hours a day. You can also get to Oxford by\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalrail.co.uk\/\">train<\/a>\u00a0from Heathrow via London, and from Gatwick via Reading.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From London Stansted airport, take the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stanstedexpress.com\/\">Stansted Express train service<\/a>\u00a0to London Liverpool Street and then take the tube to either Paddington or Marylebone for direct trains to Oxford. Alternatively there is a\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalexpress.com\/en\/airports\/stansted\">National Express 737 coach service<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"aby_train\" class=\"teaser\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Trains<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Direct services run from\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gwr.com\/stations-and-destinations\/popular-routes\/london-to-oxford\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London Paddington (serving Oxford station)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chilternrailways.co.uk\/routes-and-destinations\/Oxford-Parkway\">London Marylebone (serving Oxford and Oxford Parkway stations)<\/a>. Visitors are encouraged to use the five Park and Ride bus services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please refer to Oxfordshire County Council&#8217;s\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordshire.gov.uk\/cms\/public-site\/live-travel-information\">up-to-date traffic information<\/a>\u00a0for details of all local road works and any disruptions likely to delay your journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Park and Ride<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There are five Park and Ride sites which serve Oxford City Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Oxford Parkway<\/strong>\u00a0(north).\u00a0For satnav use\u00a0OX2 8HA.\u00a0 Take the\u00a0<strong>Stagecoach<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>7<\/strong>\u00a0bus to and from the city centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pear Tree\u00a0<\/strong>(north). For satnav use OX2 8JZ.\u00a0 Take the\u00a0<strong>300<\/strong>\u00a0bus to and from the city centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Redbridge<\/strong>\u00a0(south). For satnav use\u00a0OX2 0HP.\u00a0\u00a0Take the\u00a0<strong>400\u00a0<\/strong>bus to and from the city centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please note that Thornhill\u00a0and Seacourt\u00a0are often full, particularly on University Open Days. We recommend that drivers coming from the east (including London), the south and the west use the Redbridge Park and Ride, while drivers arriving from the north can choose between Pear Tree and Oxford Parkway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Oxford Bus Company has information on\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordbus.co.uk\/parkride\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Park and Ride services 300 and 400<\/a>.
