From London airports<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

From London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, take\u00a0The Airline\u00a0coach service<\/a>, which runs 24 hours a day. You can also get to Oxford by\u00a0train<\/a>\u00a0from Heathrow via London, and from Gatwick via Reading.<\/span><\/p>\n

From London Stansted airport, take the\u00a0Stansted Express train service<\/a>\u00a0to London Liverpool Street and then take the tube to either Paddington or Marylebone for direct trains to Oxford. Alternatively there is a\u00a0National Express 737 coach service<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Trains<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Direct services run from\u00a0London Paddington (serving Oxford station)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0London Marylebone (serving Oxford and Oxford Parkway stations)<\/a>. Other services operate from the north via Birmingham New Street; from the south via Reading; and from the west via Didcot or Reading.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coaches<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Oxford Tube<\/a>\u00a0offers a direct service between Oxford and London, running a frequent timetable on a virtually 24-hour basis, Monday to Sunday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parking in Oxford<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Many Oxford streets are closed to traffic and parking is severely limited. Visitors are encouraged to use the five Park and Ride bus services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Park and Ride<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

There are five Park and Ride sites which serve Oxford City Centre.<\/span><\/p>\n
